Meet the Baker
Hello, My name is Tonya and I love to be in the kitchen. I’m inspired by my 7 year old son. After having him, I knew I wanted to be the one to bake his birthday cakes as he ages. I enjoy putting ideas to life and have fun doing it. During COVID-19 pandemic, I knew I was ready to take baking to a next level. We provide full delivery services across the GTA. At Dava Cakes, I design what you want, and feel. It’s a combination that keeps things delicious.

WHY DAVA CAKES ?
Growing up in a Caribbean household , cooking and baking is just a thing we do. Baking for me is therapeutic. Something about creating delicious desserts that brings such fulfilment. After all, if you’ve found an dessert that you really love, don’t you want to have it all the time? Maybe not all the time because then you'll have to buy bigger pant sizes but it’s okay in moderation. At first I wanted to help out friends and family who love gatherings and supplying them with yummy treats that are more than just a dream . I want you to know that I put lots of love in care in ALL products I create. Everything is made from fresh ingredients just for you. Whatever you order at Dava Cakes, you’ll be able to enjoy for any occasions and years to come!
